You Can Control Your Stress | Healthmad



Stress gets to the best of us. Heavy traffic, running late, too many bills and too little money. We can work ourselves into headaches and all sorts of health problems. Even a TV droning in the background can stimulate the release of fight or flight hormones. Chronic clutter is another cause of stress. There are many triggers. The trick is to learn how to deal with them. We will never be free of stressful situations. But we can learn to control how we react to them.
