These delicious peppers are low in fat and long on taste. Double you recipe because the family wont stop at eating just one. And for that extra punch, you have most of the nutrients required for a meal in one pepper. Eye catching and delicious, what more could you want? If you aren’t vegetarian, add a slice of beef and a carrot that’s been cooking all day in the crock pot. Make a green salad and have a nice juicy apple for dessert and there you have it.
