Fruit and Date Lumberjack Cake | Notecook
This cake is so sumptious, it’s rich, moist and everything a satisfying
cake should be. In traditional lumberjack cakes the toppings are on the
outside, but this cake is the reverse, all the goodies are on the
inside. It’s packed with dates, pear and everything delicious.
I love any kind of a cake that is loaded with dates.
