As usual the tobacco companies forge on to make billions more off sick and addicted people. Not only that but young people take up the habit every day to add to the coffers. It’s interesting how people lay out money for cigarettes, a product that sickens and destroys health, and complain about the price of gas. An addicted person is hardly responsible for his actions. Addiction takes over any sense of right or wrong. Be that as it may, tobacco companies are happy to take the money.

Teach for America is doing as much as they can about it. They send whiz kids into the most troubled schools to work with these kids and get them into college. An investigating officer in Sandy Springs had sex with a prostitute just before arresting her. Was this ethical behavior? Officer Jamaal Mayberry claims that it is, and that it’s common practice of investigators to gain the evidence they need for an arrest. His fellow officers disagree. They say in a similar investigation they would not cross that line.
