Spring Into Health | HealthmadSpring is finally here and it’s time to get out after the long cold winter and enjoy walks in the park and breath the good clean air. Sunny day activities are good for health, lifts our spirits and gives us a new take on life. It’s a good time to take off those extra pounds that indoor winter living packed on.
