If you are interested in the number of calories you eat ,you might want to make a couple of copies to have handy when you are food shopping, preparing a meal or when you go out to eat. Sometimes the number of calories in a serving is a total surprise. I didn’t include veggies because they are low in calories unless served in rich sauce, which add on the calories fast.
