The Mayonnaise Jar and The Two Beers | Quazen

The Mayonnaise Jar and The Two Beers | Quazen

I heard this little story awhile back and I don’t remember where I heard it but it stuck in my mind and I would like to share it with you. It’s a lesson for all of us when we think there is room for nothing more in our lives. It shows that we can always extend ourselves to make room for the necessary and all the small things that makes life happy and meaningful.

Use Your Dish and Clothes Washer Efficiently | Gomestic

Use Your Dish and Clothes Washer Efficiently | Gomestic

With these days of high energy costs, it behooves us to go as lightly on energy consumption as possible. Dishwashers are especially efficient. They use less energy than washing dishes by hand. Clothes washers are comparable if cool or cold water is used. The use of hot water can spike up your power bill. The good news is that the new fabrics don’t need hot water, and work clothes can be presoaked and pretreated for grease and stains before beginning the washing cycle.

Chick-fil-a’s Truett Cathy and Richard Yadkowski | Gomestic

Chick-fil-a’s Truett Cathy and Richard Yadkowski | Gomestic

Truett Cathy is a man who believes in giving back. Coming from a poor Georgia family he built the largest fast food chain in history. At the age of 90 he still keeps a hand in the business and cares for his foster children. He founded Win-Shape foster homes in 1987. Children are dear to Cathy’s heart. As a result Chick-fil-A sponsors foster homes in Georgia, Alabama and Tennessee. Richard Yadkowski came from one of the foster homes in Rome, Georgia. He like Truett Cathy believes in giving back.

Physicians and The New Medicine | Healthmad

Physicians and The New Medicine | Healthmad

It’s a new day for medicine. It’s out with the old and in with the new. Who knows if it will be better or worse than the old system, but let’s hope for the best because we’re going to have it whether we like it or not. From the explanations I hear, it sounds better for patients. Doctors performance will be tracked and they will be held accountable. Patient satisfaction will be taken into consideration. In some hospitals the mortality rate for heart surgery has dropped from two percent to less than 0.5 percent in a year. Some physicians like the idea of working as team players and drawing a salary. Others still like to be captain of the ship. We will soon know if the new medicine is better or worse than the old way.

How Me and Sister Got Christmas Presents for The Younguns | Quazen

Me and Sister got our Christmas shoppin done. We got all the younguns their Santa Claus. Bless their little hearts they will have Christmas this year. But honey, Sister has wore out my last nerve. She has tore it out and stomped on it. I swear I won’t go Christmas shoppin with Sister no more. Now, I know I say that every year but this time I mean it. You just ought to see Sister slinging them people out of her way. She just runs wild when she gets to them sales. I’m afraid the police will come in and haul her off. Anyways, I’ve had it with Sister this year and we ain’t even started cookin for Christmas yet.

Einstein and The Big Bang Theory | Scienceray

Einstein and The Big Bang Theory | Scienceray

When Astronomers today say they are following Einsteins theory of relatively, they are actually not. Einstein never accepted the Big Bang theory. Partially because he made two mistakes in his original theory. Partially because Einstein said the Big Bang theory made no sense. He never in his lifetime accepted the Big Bang as the way our universe came into being or Black Holes. He always looked for another explanation.
