Woodrow walked down the dirt road kicking pebbles and scowling. “Wish I could go swimming instead of looking for that sorry old pig, he mumbled. Wiping the sweat from his eyes with his shirt tail, he swatted a sweat bee off his nose. He had patched the hole under the fence where the pig had rooted out, and filled the trough with slop to entice the ornery critter back into the pen. But after searching the barn yard and gardens the pig was not to be found.

It’s summer time and the living is easy. Well, I don’t know how easy the living is but summer is here and for me it’s time to hit the flea markets. Don’t you just love delving into boxes of books and coming up with a book you read when you were a child or finding plates in your mother’s pattern? I have even found expensive brand clothing with the tag still attached. Anyone who hasn’t been to a flea market should try it just once and see what fun it is.

Lines of people wait outside every morning to get into the courtroom, some who have flown in have waited on the steps all night. There have been fights and squabbles with people pushing and shoving trying to be first in line. It’s the most watched and commentated trial in U.S. history.
