The Wiinklevoss twins appeal for revoking their settlement with Facebook has been turned down. The federal appeals court refused to set aside the agreement. The brothers say they are the minds behind the creation of the social network, and Zuckerburg stole their idea. They agreed to accept a $20 million settlement and part ownership of Facebook in 2008

Americans eat too much. It is a fact that anyone can see who goes out on the streets. We don’t stop to think if we are hungry. We simply eat as long as there is food on the plate and often go back for seconds and thirds. On the other hand, we tend to try to lose weight with artificial sweeteners, which only intensifies hunger. The French eat smaller servings and know when they have had enough. France has a very low obesity rate. American had a low rate of obesity until the last two decades when whoopers and double dips became popular. Now, for our healths sake, it’s time to put the brakes on.

Some to a more or lesser degree. Even the keepers of the old IQ test have acknowledged that the Stanford-Benet does not give a true answer to an individual’s intelligence. Researchers are learning that testing one area of intelligence does not measure up.
