Decorating The Bedroom | Gomestic

Decorating The Bedroom | Gomestic/

Decorating can be fun, but it is also about making the right decisions. You want to enjoy your handiwork for a few years before doing it over again. Look carefully at the colors. Take you time and check how your favorite colors look together. Go to your paint store and look at the paint strips. Place your colors side to side. This is the best test. You can also go to the fabric store and place the colors you choose together. This should give you enough information about matching colors. Now choose your favorite colors with confidence.

Mix and Match Your Decorations | Gomestic

Mix and Match Your Decorations | Gomestic

Every woman enjoys decorating her home. Favorite colors change from year to year and decorations go out of style. While we don’t want to break the bank dressing up our homes, we do want to keep it looking up to date. You can do it on the cheap if you’re watching pennies, which most of us are doing these days. Thrift stores are the first places to start. You can always find some beautiful deals there. Yard sales can also have good bargains. Your old furniture can be brought up to date with varnish or paint. Using a little paint, fabric and lots of elbow grease we can beautify our homes on a budget.

Howard was hesitant to take on the role, but says she found it fun playing the part of Holly, even though she was despicable, and it was great working with her co stars, Emma Stone and Viola Davis.

Jean Nidetch Founder of Weight Watchers | Healthmad

Jean Nidetch founded Weight Watchers fifty years ago and still basically follows the plan, but at age 87 she does make some allowances. When she moved to Florida a few years ago she got a lot of attention from the residents, and takes pride in the attention. It all comes from something she is rightly proud of. She was over weight from a young age until she was 38. At that time she learned the secret to losing weight and as a result founded Weight Watchers.

Human Body Host for Bugs? | Scienceray

Human Body Host for Bugs? | Sciencery/

The human body relies on bugs for health and life. Without the microbes the human body plays host to, there would be no human life. Scientists tell us we are 90% bugs and 10% human. The number of microbes our lives depend are staggering. Maybe it would be more appropriate to label ourselves as a "human-microbe hybrid".

The Human Eye | Socyberty

The Human Eye | Socyberty

The human eyes are complicated machinery. Scientists struggled for centuries to learn the mechanism of sight. In spite of knowing so little, they performed surgeries the 2nd century B.C. that worked. People were wearing glasses by the 13th century, although nobody knew how they helped the eye to see. They simply went to the market place and tried on glasses until they found a pair that helped them see better.
