Human Body Host for Bugs? | Scienceray
Human Body Host for Bugs? | Sciencery/
The human body relies on bugs for health and life. Without the microbes the human body plays host to, there would be no human life. Scientists tell us we are 90% bugs and 10% human. The number of microbes our lives depend are staggering. Maybe it would be more appropriate to label ourselves as a "human-microbe hybrid".

The Human Eye | Socyberty
The human eyes are complicated machinery. Scientists struggled for centuries to learn the mechanism of sight. In spite of knowing so little, they performed surgeries the 2nd century B.C. that worked. People were wearing glasses by the 13th century, although nobody knew how they helped the eye to see. They simply went to the market place and tried on glasses until they found a pair that helped them see better.

Disgruntled Military Retirees Fight for Commissary | Socyberty
Disgruntled Military Retirees Fight for Commissary | Socyberty
Military retirees fight for their perks, as well they should. They served the country in peace and war. Promises were made and those promises should be kept. We owe our military. A grocery discount is little enough reward for their years in the service of the country. North Georgia has thousands of military retirees and they didn’t intend for their commissary to be closed.

Dangerous Hospitals Infections | Healthmad
Dangerous Hospitals Infections | Healthmad
You can pick up dangerous infections in the hospital. We don’t know how many occur or how many patients die from them because hospitals are not required to report infections patients contact in hospitals. Twenty eight states do require some kind of reporting but Georgia is not one of them. The health care lobby did not approve public reporting when it was considered in 2005.

The Sixth Sense | Socyberty
The Sixth Sense | Socyberty
Do we have a sixth sense? Generally speaking, scientists say we do not, but it’s only recently they have begun to study the five known senses, and some scientists say there is evidence of a sixth sense. Might we one day discover there are mental powers such as ESP and mind reading? It’s a possibility. Much has been discovered that was unknown less than 50 years ago. Nobody can foretell what the future holds, unless there is really a sixth sense.
