A grocery discount is little enough reward for their years in the service of the country. North Georgia has thousands of military retirees and they didn’t intend for their commissary to be closed.

Twenty eight states do require some kind of reporting but Georgia is not one of them. The health care lobby did not approve public reporting when it was considered in 2005.
